Buying guide
Choosing a thigh guard
Protects the front thigh of your leading leg — the area most exposed facing fast, short-pitched bowling. Worth adding once you’re facing genuine pace regularly; occasional club bowling usually doesn’t require one. Sized by thigh circumference rather than the age-banded system used for pads and gloves — check the specific size chart.
